The Willy Street Chamber Players are made up of a core team of dedicated young musicians who have deep ties to the Madison community and are graduates of the UW-Madison School of Music.
The Willy Street Chamber Players are dedicated to creating community through classical music.
Now in its 7th season, the group came into being in 2015 when an idea for an informal summer concert series among friends quickly gained momentum. Since then, WSCP has become a fixture of Madison's vibrant cultural scene. The group has received numerous accolades for its superb performances of the classics, as well as accessible and exciting interpretations of new works. WSCP is proud of the many community partnerships it has forged, and concerts always have a welcoming, neighborhood-oriented atmosphere that audiences have come to know and love.
